Coordinated Packaging
Make It Your Brand
Create a soft case that feels like part of your eyewear collection.
Coordinate the material, logo, lining and opening style for a consistent presentation.
Materials & Colors
Explore smooth or textured PU finishes in colors that complement your frames. Compare swatches for surface texture, thickness and flexibility.
Your Logo, Your Finish
Discuss debossing, foil stamping or printing for your chosen material. Review logo size and placement to suit the case shape and visible surface.
Lining & Frame Fit
Select a suitable lining and check the fit with your folded frames. Allow enough room for easy insertion without stretching the case.
Opening & Closure Styles
Choose a simple slip-in opening or a snap-flap design. Review opening width and flap coverage around your selected frames.
Wholesale Soft Cases for Your Eyewear Collection
Build a coordinated range for optical stores, eyewear brands or promotional projects. Share your selected styles and quantities per color so we can review materials, branding and pricing together.
Matching cleaning cloths, paper sleeves and gift boxes can be quoted alongside your cases. Packing methods will be confirmed for the selected material and shape, with attention to creasing and surface marks.
Your quotation will outline minimum quantities, sample and logo setup costs, packing details and estimated production timing.
Small Details, Seen Up Close
The feel of a soft case comes from more than its outer material.
Review the stitching, interior and closure with your sample in hand.
Stitching & Edge Finish
Look for even stitching around curves and corners, neatly joined panels and clean edges along the opening.
Interior Finish
Check that the lining sits neatly inside, with smooth seams and no exposed hardware where the eyewear rests.
Flap & Snap Alignment
Check that the flap closes evenly and the snap engages without forcing it. Confirm the fit with your frames inside.
Before You Place Your Order
Practical answers to help you choose a soft case and prepare your inquiry.
MOQ is calculated per style and per color. Requirements vary with the material, closure and logo treatment. Send your preferred models and estimated quantities so we can confirm the requirements for each option.
Size adjustments can be reviewed for the selected design. Send the length, width and height of your folded frames, together with a photo. We’ll check the opening, usable space and flap coverage before confirming a sample.
Slip-in cases offer an open entry for convenient access. Snap-flap cases add a flap over the opening. The better choice depends on your frame size, preferred presentation and how the case will be carried.
The material depends on the selected product. Leather-look PU should not be described as genuine leather. Tell us your preferred material, texture and budget so we can confirm suitable options and identify the material clearly in your quotation.
Soft cases are intended for lightweight storage and can help reduce contact with dust and other items. Protection depends on the material, lining and coverage. They do not provide the same resistance to crushing as a rigid case. If pressure protection is a priority, ask us to compare suitable hard-shell options.
Branded sampling can be discussed once the style, material, color and artwork are selected. Sample fees, logo setup costs and shipping will be confirmed separately. We’ll also outline the production schedule and the approvals needed before the bulk order begins.
