MOQ is calculated per model and per color. Requirements depend on the outer material, branding and accessories. Send your selected cases and estimated quantities so we can confirm the requirements for each option.

We can first review available case shapes against your frame dimensions. A new size or profile may require a new mold. Tooling costs, sample requirements and development timing will be confirmed before proceeding.

Branded samples can be discussed for your selected model and material. Share your artwork and preferred logo position. Sample fees, logo setup charges and shipping costs will be quoted separately.

Send the length, width and height of your folded frames, together with a photo. Usable interior space differs from external case dimensions. Large sunglasses or unusual frame shapes may require a physical frame sample for fitting.

Performance depends on the complete construction, including the shell, covering, seams and zipper. A standard EVA case should not be assumed to be waterproof or crushproof. Tell us your intended use and any required tests so we can review suitable specifications.

Timing depends on the selected case, material availability, branding and whether new tooling is needed. We’ll confirm sample and production schedules separately, including the approvals and payment required before work begins. Shipping time is additional.
