Order Support, from First Inquiry to Repeat Orders
Tell Us What You Have in Mind
You don’t need a finished design to start a conversation. Send us a product reference, a photo or a brief description of what you need. We’ll help clarify the specifications and what needs to be confirmed before quoting.
If you already have artwork, share an AI, EPS or PDF file so we can review the logo placement and printing requirements.
Helpful details to include:
- Product style or reference image
- Quantity for each style and color
- Logo or customization requirements
- Delivery destination and preferred arrival date
Know What Your Quote Includes
Clear Quantities, Costs and Options
Your quote should make it easy to understand what you’re paying for. We’ll confirm the product specifications, quantities and customization details, with sample fees, logo setup charges and any applicable tooling costs listed separately.
Minimum quantities apply to each style and color. If you’re sourcing several products together, we’ll confirm the requirement for each item so you can plan your order clearly.
Working toward a target budget? Let us know. We can discuss changes to materials, finishes or packaging and explain how they affect the price.
Review the Details Before Production
A Clear Reference for Your Order
Sampling gives you the opportunity to review the size, material, color, logo placement and construction before bulk production begins.
We’ll confirm the sample fee and preparation time in advance. If changes are needed, we’ll review their impact on cost and timing with you before moving forward.
Once approved, the sample and agreed specifications become the reference for production. Please include any fit or packing requirements at this stage, especially if the packaging needs to hold a particular frame or product set.
Plan Around a Confirmed Production Schedule
Know What Happens After Sample Approval
Before production begins, we’ll confirm the schedule for your order and explain when the lead time starts. Sample development and shipping are separate from the production period.
We’ll agree on the key stages for progress updates, helping you plan your launch, promotion or replenishment. If a change affects the schedule, we’ll discuss the impact and available options with you.
Have a fixed arrival date? Tell us early so we can assess production and shipping together before you commit.
Support Through Delivery—and Your Next Order
Shipping, Follow-Up and Reorders
Before dispatch, we’ll confirm the packing requirements, shipping arrangements and relevant documents with you. Share any carton markings, delivery instructions or forwarder details early so they can be included in the order plan.
If something doesn’t match the agreed specifications when your order arrives, contact us with your order number, photos and the affected quantity. We’ll review the details with you and work toward an appropriate resolution.
For repeat orders, send us your previous order reference. We’ll reconfirm the specifications, current pricing and lead time. The same minimum order requirements apply to each style and color.
