Quality Starts with Clear Specifications

Before production, the details need to be clear: the selected material, dimensions, color reference, logo artwork and packing requirements.

The approved sample and confirmed specifications provide the reference for checking your order. Material reviews focus on the characteristics relevant to the product, such as appearance, texture, thickness and suitability for its intended use.

Have a specific material requirement or a detail that matters especially to your brand? Let us know early so we can review it before sampling.

Checks That Match Your Product

Different products need different checks. The scope is based on the selected item, its intended use and the specifications agreed for the order.

Review the material, surface texture and overall appearance against the agreed reference. Depending on the product, checks may cover visible marks, glue residue, loose threads, lining adhesion and finishing details.

Check the relevant dimensions and how the components fit together. This may include eyewear fitting inside a case, an insert holding the intended contents, or a pouch accommodating the specified product.

Check the parts customers handle in everyday use, such as hinges, magnetic closures, zips, drawstrings and chain connectors. The applicable checks depend on the product’s construction.

Compare logo content, placement and print appearance with the approved artwork and sample. Review the selected colors, product assortment, labels and packing details against the order requirements.

A Final Review Before Dispatch

The final review brings the product and packing requirements together: selected styles and colors, quantities, branding, accessories and carton details.

Identified issues are reviewed against the agreed requirements so the appropriate correction can be determined before dispatch. Where an issue affects the specification or delivery plan, it needs to be clarified with you.

If you require inspection photos, a particular report format or an independent pre-shipment inspection, please include this in your order brief so the arrangements can be confirmed in advance.
