Review the Specifications
We’ll review the size, materials, colors, structure and logo requirements with you, then confirm feasible options and any minimum-order requirements.
Receive Your Quotation
Receive a quotation based on the agreed specifications and quantities. Product pricing, sample fees and logo setup fees are listed separately, along with estimated timing and payment terms.
Review & Approve the Sample
After sample specifications and fees are confirmed, we’ll arrange your sample for review. Check the details and approve the final version before production. Any revisions, additional costs or timing changes are confirmed with you.
Production & Quality Checks
Production begins after sample approval, final specification confirmation and receipt of the agreed deposit. Standard production is approximately 30 days; your schedule is confirmed in the quotation. Finished items are checked against the approved specifications.
Packing & Delivery
Your order is packed according to the agreed requirements and dispatched after final checks and completion of the agreed payment conditions. Shipping arrangements and estimated transit time are confirmed separately.
